David Hsu is a dedicated legal professional and community leader committed to public service. A champion for Equal Access to Justice, he has volunteered with Houston Volunteer Lawyers for over 15 years. His civic leadership includes serving as Parliamentarian for APAHA, Treasurer for the Asian American Bar Foundation, and a member of the Texas Bar Foundation. From mediating in local precincts to mentoring youth in Cy-Fair ISD, David’s work focuses on legal education and advocacy, ensuring that resources and representation are accessible to all.
